I am a passionate and professional wellness guide who specialises in collaborative well-being experiences and workshops. I use yoga and meditation as a tool to drive outcomes of wellness, presence, productivity and happiness.
I believe that yoga is universal, transcending physical abilities & limits and want to share the amazing benefits of this practice with others. My guiding principles include living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement. These positive mindsets inform and guide my teaching and practice, which is focused on assisting my students better connect to themselves and with their surroundings.
I offer classes and private sessions, as well as nutritional advice to help my clients achieve healthier bodies and minds.
