Prana Warriors Dynamic flow is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. This class's focus is to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and helping participants regain control of their body and mind.
Our yin yoga class consists of a series of long-held, passive poses. The poses are held for approximately 5 minutes each. Holding the poses for longer releases fascia and improves joint mobility while calming the nervous system.
